I work closely with young adults navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions, using evidence-based practices while keeping the process human, reflective, and grounded. Outside my work as a therapist, you’ll usually find me reading, travelling, painting, journaling, or watching comfort shows. I’m also passionate about writing and exploring how creativity supports emotional healing.
